Where your work lives

Your practice holds three kinds of things, and it helps to know which is which. Your brand is set once and shapes everything. Your team all work in the same studio. And your work — every image, caption, and before-and-after slider you make — is saved automatically so you never lose what you paid for.

The three homes

What it isWhere it livesWhat it does
Your brandBrand settings and VoiceYour look, your tone, the words you’d never use. Set once, applied to every result.
Your teamOne shared studioEveryone you invite — the practice manager, the hygienist — works in the same place, sees the same Library, shares the same brand.
Your workThe LibraryEvery polished photo, caption, and before-and-after slider, saved the moment it’s made.

The rule that keeps things tidy

Set a thing in the place that owns it, once. Your practice’s voice belongs in Voice — not retyped into every post. Your saved photos belong in the Library — not re-generated each time you need them. When you find yourself making the same thing twice, the first copy is probably already saved somewhere.

Why everything is auto-saved

A polished image or a drafted caption costs credits to make. So the moment the studio finishes one, it’s written to your Library before you even press save — if you close the tab or change your mind, the result is still there to download or re-edit later. You never pay twice for the same work.

Worked example

Dr. Nok runs a small Bangkok practice with a practice manager and a hygienist. She sets her brand look and tone in Voice on day one. When the hygienist polishes a whitening photo in Photo Studio, the result picks up the practice’s brand automatically and lands in the shared Library. Dr. Nok sees it that evening, and — once the patient’s permission is on file — drops it into a scheduled post, without ever having to ask where it went.

  • How credits work — what uses credits and how you see the cost first.
  • Library — where every paid result is auto-saved.
