Deep dive — the full AI read on one competitor
The insight cards are the daily glance. The deep dive is the weekly read — a fuller view of one practice with charts, their key numbers laid next to yours, a fee table, and a longer written strategy. It’s what you open before a planning session, not at noon between patients.
How to use it
On any competitor’s page, press Deep dive. A full view opens with the richer read: their review and posting rhythm as a chart, their rating, following, and engagement as tiles — each with your own equivalent number underneath so you can see where you stand — a table of their treatment fees, and a written take on what to copy and what to differentiate.
The first time you open it on a practice, the app generates the read (a few seconds, and it uses some of your credits). Open it again soon after and you see the saved version instantly, free. Press Refresh when the practice has been busy and you want the latest.
Why their numbers sit next to yours
A competitor’s rating or follower count alone doesn’t tell you much. The deep dive puts your number right under theirs with a coloured gap — green when you’re ahead, red when they are — so you read “they have more reviews but mine are more recent and I reply to every one” without flipping to your own analytics and doing the math.
Worked example
Dr. Nok runs the deep dive on Bangkok Smile before her Monday planning. The tiles show they have far more reviews, but hers are fresher and her reply rate is 100% to their nil; the fee table shows their single-implant price well above hers. The written read tells her not to chase their size but to lean on her recent, well-answered reviews and her clearer pricing. Five minutes, a clear plan.
