Connections — bring in your own posts & reviews
Connections is how the studio gets a copy of your own social activity to work from. You paste a link to each account and download your latest posts and reviews — the same way you add a competitor — and that data then feeds your Analytics and the AI’s read of how you’re doing.
How to use it
- Find the card for the account — Instagram, Facebook, or Google.
- Paste your link (your Instagram @handle or URL, your Facebook Page link, or your Google Business Profile listing link).
- Press Download — Instagram and Facebook pull in a few seconds; a Google import reads your reviews and takes about a minute.
- The card flips to show your handle, how many items came in, and when you last synced. Press Re-sync any time to refresh.
Each download shows its credit cost on the button before you press it, and pulls up to your ~100 most recent items.
Why a download uses credits
Pulling fresh posts and reviews from a live account is real work done for you each time, so it costs a few credits — shown up front, never a surprise. It only ever runs when you press Download or Re-sync; nothing pulls in the background.
Auto-publishing — the studio posting to your accounts for you — arrives once Instagram and Google approve our app. For now, Connections is about bringing your own data in.
Worked example
The practice manager at Dr. Nok’s clinic pastes the clinic’s Instagram handle, presses Download, and a few seconds later the card reads “98 posts · just now.” Over on Analytics, the practice’s own cadence and top posts now sit alongside the competing practices they track — so the AI’s advice is grounded in their real account, not guesses.
