Google Business Profile — import your reviews
Your Google Business Profile listing is where most people judge whether to book an appointment — your rating, your reviews, your photos. Bringing that into your practice lets it track your rating over time and surface what patients praise or complain about, so the app can act on it.
How to import
- Open Connections.
- On the Google card, paste your Google Maps listing link.
- Press Download — your reviews, rating, photos, and common questions come in within a few seconds.
- The card shows how many reviews arrived and when. Press Re-sync to refresh later.
Each download shows its credit cost before you press, and pulls up to your ~100 most recent reviews. It runs only when you ask.
Why your reviews matter most
People searching your name on Maps are the closest to booking an appointment. What your listing says — and how you respond — often decides it. Tracking it here means the app works from your real reputation. See Getting found online.
Posting to your Google Business Profile listing automatically arrives once Google approves our app; for now this brings your reviews in.
