Billing — choose a plan or buy a credit pack

Billing is where the practice owner sets up how your practice pays. You pick a plan — your monthly subscription — or buy a one-off credit pack to top up, and pay through a secure checkout. Only the owner sees this tab.

Plans vs. credit packs

  • A plan is your monthly subscription. It refills a set number of credits at the start of each month, and choosing a higher plan refills more.
  • A credit pack is a one-off top-up you buy on top of your plan. Pack credits never expire, and they’re used only after your monthly credits run out — so a busy month never stops you working.

How to use it

Open Settings → Billing. The top of the page shows your current plan and your balance — your monthly credits and any never-expiring pack credits.

  1. To switch plans, find the plan you want and press Choose plan.
  2. To top up, find a credit pack and press Buy pack.
  3. A secure checkout page opens. Enter your card details and confirm.
  4. You’re brought back to Billing, and your new plan or credits are ready.

Every purchase is listed under Payment history at the bottom of the tab, so you always have a record of what you paid and when.

Worked example

Dr. Lopez’s practice has been busy, and her clinic is generating more before-and- after photos than her current plan refills credits for. She opens Settings → Billing, sees her monthly credits running low, and presses Choose plan on the next plan up. A secure checkout opens; she enters the clinic card and confirms. Back on Billing, her new plan is active, her monthly credits have jumped, and the purchase shows in her payment history. A few weeks later, an unusually heavy month has her low again — so she presses Buy pack on a top-up bundle, and those never-expiring credits land on her balance right away.
