Ideas — content suggestions for your practice

Ideas is the replacement for the notebook of half-finished marketing thoughts. The app watches your treatments, your posting rhythm, and the calendar, then suggests posts worth making — so you never sit staring at a blank caption box.

How to use it

Each idea is a card with a short title, the reason behind it, and a tag showing where it came from — a treatment you haven’t featured lately, a quiet stretch on your calendar, or an upcoming seasonal moment.

  1. Read the new cards — each says why it’s worth posting.
  2. Approve the ones you like, or Dismiss the ones you don’t.
  3. Press Compose on any card to open it as a draft, already filled in.
  4. Press Refresh when you want a fresh batch — about once a week is plenty.

Composing from an idea carries its angle into the Composer, so the draft already knows what it’s about.

Worked example

The practice manager at Dr. Nok’s clinic opens Ideas. The new cards include “feature your whitening treatment — not posted in two months”, “Oral Health Month is coming”, and “Thursdays are quiet — promote new-patient checkups”. She likes the Oral Health Month one, presses Compose, and a draft opens with the education angle ready to edit. She approves the whitening card for later and dismisses the rest. Her week has a plan.

  • Voice & brand — what makes the drafted idea sound like you.
