Instagram & Facebook — import your posts

Bringing your Instagram and Facebook posts into your practice is what lets it measure your own content — your cadence, your top posts, what’s landing — and feed that into the app’s advice. You do it by pasting a link, the same way you add another clinic to compare against.

How to import

1. Open Connections.
2. On the Instagram card paste your @handle or profile link; on the Facebook card paste your Page link.
3. Press Download — your latest posts come in within a few seconds.
4. The card shows how many posts arrived and when. Press Re-sync to refresh later.

Each download shows its credit cost before you press, and pulls up to your ~100 most recent posts. It runs only when you ask — nothing pulls in the background.

Posting to your Instagram and Facebook automatically is a separate feature that arrives once Instagram approves our app; for now this brings your posts in for analysis.
