Services — your treatment menu across locations

The Services page is your treatment menu. You define each treatment once in the menu — its name, how long the appointment takes, and a suggested fee — and it becomes available at every location. Then, per branch, you can change the fee or turn a treatment off without touching the others.

If you have more than one location, the top-bar switcher decides which branch the Fees at … section edits. With a single location it simply shows that one branch’s fees.

How to use it

Add treatments in the Treatment menu at the top. Below it, Fees at {your location} lists the same treatments for the branch you’re viewing — change a fee or flip Offered off and it applies to that branch only. A changed fee shows an edited tag; click it to reset back to the menu fee.

  1. Press Add treatment and set a name, appointment length and suggested fee.
  2. It seeds into your locations automatically.
  3. Switch to a location in the top bar and adjust its fee or availability below.
  4. Click the edited tag on a fee to reset it to the menu value.
Why a menu plus per-branch fees

Most of your treatments are the same everywhere, so you define them once instead of re-typing them per branch. But a city-centre clinic and a suburban one rarely charge the same — so fee and availability are yours to override per location, while the treatment itself stays one shared definition you edit in one place.

Worked example

Dr. Nok’s practice offers professional teeth whitening, suggested at 8,000 baht. It appears at both branches at that fee. At the Thonglor branch she raises it to 9,500 and turns off a clear-aligner consult she doesn’t run there. The other branch is unaffected, and the whitening treatment’s name and description stay shared — so editing those once updates both.
