Analytics — how your posts are doing

Publishing is half the job; knowing whether it worked is the other half. Analytics gives you a quick daily read on your own account so you can tell, in five minutes, whether the week is on track and what to try next.

For a dental practice, reviews still matter more than followers — so check your Reputation numbers first. This page is the social read that sits underneath that: what your posts are doing, and what to try next.

How to use it

Connect your account first under Connections — without it there’s nothing to read. After that, the page fills in each morning.

  • Today’s read — a short, plain-language summary in your brand voice with one concrete next step.
  • Follower trend — a simple chart so a slow leak or a sudden jump is obvious.
  • Top posts — your best performers, so you can repeat what works.
  • Refresh — pull the latest numbers manually any time.

The summary is a starting point, not a script. It knows your numbers and your voice, not that you’re short-staffed this week — if a suggestion doesn’t fit, ignore it.

Worked example

Monday, 9am. The practice manager opens Analytics over coffee. Followers are up steadily this week, and Today’s read says the before-and-after photos are outperforming plain offer posts two to one — with a next step to queue another new-smile post. She scrolls to Top posts, confirms a whitening before-and-after led the week, and opens the Composer to draft another. Five minutes, clear plan.

  • Reputation — your review numbers, the signal that matters most for a practice.
  • Voice & brand — shapes the tone of the daily read.
  • Composer — turn the suggested next step into a post.
  • Connections — connect your account so there’s data to read.
